The marketing and advertising landscape is changing faster than organisations can keep up. AI is reshaping how brands communicate, consumer behaviour is shifting in real time, and the skills that got your team here won’t be enough to get them where they need to go next. ISA Africa’s corporate training packages give marketing and communications teams across Kenya and East Africa the practical capability to compete in 2026 and beyond — from foundational brand communications grounding to the newest AI-powered marketing practices. Whatever stage your team is at, we’ll work with you to build the exact skills your organisation needs to succeed.

The Chartered Institute of Marketing is the world’s leading professional body for marketers, with over a century of experience developing marketing talent globally. Today, 35% of senior marketing leaders worldwide hold a CIM qualification. When your team trains with ISA Africa, that global credibility comes paired with results that genuinely matter here in Kenya.
We run one of the highest performing CIM centres in the region, with an average pass rate above 80%, well ahead of the global benchmark. Every module is delivered by trainers who bring 10 or more years of hands on marketing experience, so your team is learning from people who have actually built and run campaigns, not academics teaching from a textbook.
Classes are delivered through virtual interactive sessions, meaning your team can study without it disrupting their working schedule. Students also benefit from genuine industry exposure through ISA Africa’s extensive partner network, which includes Ogilvy Africa, Kantar, and Ipsos. The results speak for themselves. Over 75% of CIM graduates report real career advancement, including promotions and expanded responsibilities.
For organisations that are serious about building a marketing function capable of performing at an international standard, ISA Africa’s CIM programme is more than training. It is a direct investment in the people who will shape your brand’s future.
Most marketing teams are creative. The question is whether that creativity is structured enough to consistently produce ideas that actually move people and build brands. That is the gap the Mindscapes Masterclass was built to close. Developed from the rigorous analysis of campaigns that have collectively won over 47 Cannes Lions including three Grand Prix Lions, Mindscapes gives your team a set of practical, proven thinking tools that turn the guesswork out of great creative work.
The methodology is built around three core principles: decoding the recurring thinking patterns that show up in the world’s most awarded campaigns, transforming those patterns into structured tools your team can apply immediately, and designing a creative process that produces breakthrough ideas reliably rather than accidentally. The Mindscapes Masterclass is delivered in Kenya by Ravid Kuperberg, a former advertising professional with deep roots in both strategic planning and creative direction, and a regular speaker at the Cannes Lions festival itself.
Over the past nine years, his workshops in collaboration with ISA Africa have equipped individuals and teams across Kenya with a way of thinking that produces measurably better creative output. Brands including Ol Pajeta Conservancy, Prudential Insurance, Mastercard and Kenya Love Story KOKO have all benefited from the Mindscapes approach. If your team is ready to move from good creative to great creative, this is where that shift begins.

Design a structured creative process for your team
Every organisation is different. Your team has a unique mix of experience levels, skill gaps, strategic priorities, and working rhythms, and the most effective training programmes are the ones built around that reality rather than around a generic off the shelf curriculum.
That is exactly what ISA Africa’s in house training service delivers. We begin by sitting down with your leadership team to conduct a thorough needs assessment, identifying precisely where the skills gaps are, what the organisation needs to achieve, and what success looks like at the end of the engagement. From there, we design a fully bespoke curriculum, select the training methods best suited to your team’s learning styles and schedules, allocate resources, and plan sessions in a way that minimises disruption to your operations.
Our trainers bring a minimum of ten years of hands on marketing and communications experience, so the learning your team receives is grounded in what actually works in the East African market, not generic global theory that needs to be translated before it is useful. We also believe deeply in the concept of lifelong learning, which is why every in house engagement includes a measurement and evaluation phase that tracks the impact of training on individual performance and business outcomes. Return on training investment is not an afterthought for us. It is built into the process from the very first conversation.
Finishing campus is one of the proudest moments of your life. But landing your first real job in marketing and advertising is where the journey gets harder, and for most graduates across Kenya and East Africa, it is also where the waiting begins. ISA Africa's IBC Apprenticeship Programme was built specifically to change that story.
Over nine months, you will complete six months of intensive industry led brand communications training covering everything from marketing strategy and digital campaigns to integrated media planning and account management, followed by a three month hands on apprenticeship embedded with real agencies and brands across East Africa. Everything you learn is taught by practitioners with over a decade of industry experience, grounded in real African market data, and designed around the skills employers are actively recruiting for right now.
By the time you complete the programme you will not just have a certificate. You will have a portfolio of real work, a network of industry contacts, and the kind of practical experience that makes employers take notice. Ninety percent of ISA Africa apprenticeship graduates transition into permanent marketing and advertising roles, and the programme is fully certified by Kenya’s National Industrial Training Authority.
If you are ready to stop waiting and start building your career, this is where that journey begins.
